Terms & Conditions:
1. The buyer agrees to accept an assortment of products, where the selection of the product variant is at the discretion of Spa Ceylon.
2. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon, or discount.
3. Face Care Essential Set cannot be exchanged.
4. In the event the customer is not happy with the SFace Care Essential Set returns will be accepted subject to a handling fee of LKR. 500. The replacement order or refund will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of the package.
5. The complete Face Care Essential Set must be returned in a sellable condition to be entitled to a refund.
6. The Product must be returned to the original shipping address within seven (7) days of receiving the item, together with the original invoice.
7. In case of defective/damaged product within the Face Care Essential Set, the mentioned item(s) will be collected from the original delivery location & replaced within seven (7) days of notification to Spa Ceylon. To notify, kindly fill the following details & e-mail to email@example.com.

* Online orders once placed for deliveries within Colombo 1-15 & suburban areas take 3-5 working days. All other areas take 4-7 days working days, excluding the weekends and public holidays. Cash on delivery is also available islandwide; however, the delivery may take an additional 1-2 working days longer.
