FAQ’s – ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW
How do I upgrade my tier?
You’ll automatically be upgraded when you earn enough points within a calendar year (January 1 – December 31). No manual action needed!
How long are my points valid?
Points earned from Jan–Dec 2024 will expire on March 31, 2025. This cycle repeats every year.
How do tier downgrades work?
If you fail to meet the minimum points required for your current tier by the end of the year, you will be automatically downgraded to the appropriate tier.
Do I get anything for my birthday?
- Yes! All members enjoy a birthday discount during their birthday month (in-store only).
- Sapphire tier members also receive a complimentary birthday ritual (valid ID required; upgrade options available).
How do I manage my account and privacy?
- Update your contact details anytime via the app.
- Accounts inactive for 24 months will be deactivated.
- Spa Ceylon may suspend accounts found to be misused.
- Your data is safe and protected under our Privacy Policy.
Are there any conditions for offers?
Yes:
- Offers must be redeemed in person.
- Offers cannot be combined (e.g., welcome + birthday).
- Most offers apply to products only, not spa services.
- Purchase limits apply (4 units per SKU).
- Birthday offer cart limit: LKR 25,000
- Welcome offer cart limit: LKR 10,000
