Important Loyalty Program Updates:
Tier Upgrade:
- Tier upgrades are determined by your total earned points relative to your total spending in the past year.
- Upgrades occur at the end of the year and on an ongoing basis.
Tier Downgrade:
- Tier downgrades are based on your total earned points from the previous year.
- If you fail to meet the minimum points required for your current tier by the end of the year, you will be automatically downgraded to the appropriate tier.
Annual Points Retention:
- There will no longer be a point retention limit to maintain your current tier.
- This restriction has been removed from our loyalty systems and procedures, providing you with increased flexibility and freedom.
Your Reward Point :
- Your reward point earned as of December 31st, 2024, will determine your tier status for the year 2025.
- Additionally, all reward members points will expire by March 31st, 2025.
These updates are aimed at enhancing your experience and ensuring fairness in our loyalty program.
