Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a SPA CEYLON purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for online purchases (lk.spaceylon.com) and in-store purchases.
Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
All products must be in their original packaging (container plus box if applicable) and should be unmarked, not broken, or defaced in any manner.
SPA CEYLON monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
Loyalty rewards associated with all refunds will be removed when the refund is processed.
Free Products (if any) with purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
Special offers or discounts given at the time of purchase will be adjusted when the refund is processed.
Fragrance products must be unopened and unused to be eligible for exchange or refund.
Sets and assortments are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Gift certificates/vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at SPA CEYLON’s discretion.
THIS POLICY IS EFFECTIVE FOR ALL PURCHASES MADE ON AND AFTER 1st March 2021.
Online Purchases (lk.spaceylon.com)
Online purchases can be returned to any SPA CEYLON outlet for fast processing or by courier using the return shipping label included in your online order box.
We regret that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to an error on our part.
Items purchased online at lk.spaceylon.com cannot be returned or refunded after 21 days from the purchase date.
Please allow 3-14 working days for processing if returned via courier.
Returning Online Purchases by Courier

Email returns@spaceylon.com to notify us of the return with the following details:
- Name of purchaser
- Date of purchase
- Invoice number
- Amount on invoice
- Names and number of item(s) being returned
- Reason for return

Product replacements and refunds will be processed only after the product is received at our manufacturing facility.

Items mailed to SPA CEYLON outside of the return window, not in unused condition, without its original packaging, or without proof of purchase will not be credited back or returned.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received, the refund will be processed as follows:

- Online and in-store credit cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers/E-gift cards.
- Refunds may take longer depending on your financial institution.
- Online store credit will be emailed to the email address used for the original purchase.
If you have not received your online store credit, please email returns@spaceylon.com or contact us at 077 659 5757 during office hours.
Online Orders (lk.spaceylon.com) Return Procedures
You can return your item in two ways:
1. Online Purchases Returns by Mail
- Include the SPA CEYLON original packaging with your items.
- Pack your return item in the original SPA CEYLON product box and packaging exactly as received.
- Fill in the Return Slip included with your order and courier your return to:
JANET LOGISTICS CENTRE, No 45/8, Moderawila Industrial Estate, Moderawila, Panadura.
SPA CEYLON does not cover courier charges for returns.
Processing Time: Up to 14 working days after receiving the return. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
2. Online Order Returns to Store Location
- Visit any stand-alone SPA CEYLON store to return an unused item within 14 days of purchase.
- Bring the original SPA CEYLON packaging, proof of purchase, and credit card (if applicable).
SPA CEYLON In-Store Purchases
SPA CEYLON in-store purchases may be returned only if the product is unused and in unopened condition, within 14 days of purchase, along with proof of purchase or a gift receipt.
Refunds:
- Cash purchases: Processed within 5 working days and refunded to a specified account (details must be sent from your registered email).
- Purchases made during special promotions or gift-time offers will only be eligible for in-store credit.
If a gift receipt is presented, the refund will be issued as in-store credit, valid for 14 days at the same outlet.
International Returns
Due to customs and duty restrictions, refunds/returns are not applicable for international orders.
However, if a refund or replacement is required due to product defects, SPA CEYLON will cover the shipping cost from Sri Lanka to the original delivery address.
