Beautiful Color, But Disappointing Quality

I’m a big fan of Spa Ceylon and usually love their products, but I had a bit of a disappointing experience with this lip balm.

The color is gorgeous deep, warm pink that looks amazing with my skin tone. The pigmentation is great for a lip balm, and I was really excited to try it. But when I opened it, it was slightly broken, and as I used it, little pieces kept falling off. The texture is super oily, which made the balm melt and lose its shape.

I’ve bought Spa Ceylon lip balms before, and they were much better in texture and consistency. I even thought this one might settle overnight, but it kept melting. The packaging looks luxurious, which I love, but they really need to improve what’s inside.

Honestly, I expected better quality and was let down this time. I hope they can fix this because I really love the brand!
