DO invest in this! I love to use this hand cream following the Cardamom rose handwash. I had the chance to try this out along with the Cardamom rose handwash at Spa Ceylon massage boutique and I immediately fell in love with this. My hands became so much dried out and rough following continuous use of the alcohol hand sanitizers and this one came to the rescue. You'll see immediate results following use this and you will have the softest hands within 3 days of continuous use for sure. I no longer have rough dried out palms thanks to this one.
