Remove inner bag from Eye mask & warm in microwave for 15 seconds at low heat. Sprinkle on drop of SPA CEYLON Seep Essential oil Blend onto inner bag & insert bag back into Eye Mask. Place Eye Mask over eyes, lie back & relax. Mask can be re-used many times. Store Eye Mask in a cool dry place in between use.
