    Use in bath or shower. Pour into palms & gently rub together to activate herbs. Bring palms close to face, gently breathe in & relax. Apply all over hands & body. Gently massage & wash off.

    - Sleep - Body Milk 50ml
    At bedtime, apply all over hands & body. Massage & leave on. For better results, also use Sleep Bath & Shower Gel & Sleep Body & Pillow Mist.

Not the product but the packaging

I ordered this set as a gift well in advance. I received it on time but the contents of the mist had completely spilled out soaking the gift bag and leaving me with an empty bottle of mist. I did email the customer care team and they sent me a replacement but it was too late since the date I needed it for had passed. I ended up spending double what I had planned by buying another gift at Forest Essentials which arrived on time. I’m now left with this set that i no longer have any use for. I think these products are great for personal use but don’t order it if you need it for an occasion. Missing the packaging like this (the most bottle wasn’t closed) is a big issue.
