The best sleep i've had in weeks

I used this mist for the first time a few nights ago and haven't stopped using it since! I sprayed it on my pillow and duvet and fell asleep a lot quicker than I normally do. I'm usually a bad sleeper, waking up a lot during the night but when I use this spray I sleep right through!!
